About the Shifts

MUST have a drivers license and comfortable to drive a commercial U-haul van and/or a 10' U-haul Must be able to work on

September 7, 2025 at 1304 Ellis St, Kelowna, BC V1Y 1Z9 starting from 4pm - 10:30pm

Must be able to lift up to 30lbs Ongoing shifts available for the right candidate. Flexible, pick up future shifts as you see fit Normal shift times can change depending on the season

About the Role

Staff Duties include (but are not limited to):

Assist with setting up the event, including setting up the candles for each event Checking guests in and validating tickets through Fever's QR code system Seating/ushering guests Handing out programs to guests/explaining the scanning of QR codes for digital programs Directing guests to the restrooms Managing flow of guests in and out of the venue Acting as the main customer service contact for all guests

What You Bring

Previous event coordination experience, preferably music-related (not required) Excellent face-to-face communication and customer service skills Ability to work within a team of other staff
