We're now seeking a motivated, connected, and results-driven sales professional to bring more unforgettable events through our doors.
Position Overview:
As our Commission-Based Event Sales Representative, you'll be the driving force behind our bookings. Your role is to promote MY HOUSE Lounge & Events, connect with corporate decision-makers, event planners, and private clients, and secure new event reservations. This is a commission-only role with
exceptional earning potential
for the right individual--perfect for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively promote MY HOUSE Lounge & Events to corporate, social, and entertainment industry clients.
Identify, pursue, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Build and maintain a strong network of event planners, production companies, and corporate contacts.
Represent MY HOUSE at networking events, trade shows, and community functions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and booked events.
Collaborate with our team to ensure client needs are met and events are executed flawlessly.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience--ideally in events, hospitality, or entertainment.
Strong local network and ability to leverage industry connections.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Flexible schedule to meet clients and attend events as needed.
Compensation:
This is a
commission-only role
with
high earning potential
. Top performers can expect significant income based on event booking volume. The more you sell, the more you earn--there's no cap on your success.
