We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Experience & Events Specialist to help bring our brand to life through meaningful customer interactions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating memorable event experiences while also supporting digital touchpoints such as social media. You will play a key role in planning and executing customer events while ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience across all channels. Your ability to coordinate logistics, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive engagement both in person and online will directly impact customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute all aspects of customer and employee events. Manage event logistics: venue booking, vendor coordination, promotional material production, and on-site support. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to align event goals with broader business objectives. Support the development and promotion of events through marketing channels, including email, websites, and social media. Maintain a calendar of upcoming events and coordinate cross-functional schedules and deliverables. Capture photos, videos, and customer feedback at events for future content use and reporting. Monitor and report on event performance metrics, including attendance, satisfaction, and ROI. Assist with social media posting and engagement related to events and other customer experience initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or customer experience roles (B2B experience preferred). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions. Experience managing projects in an ERP system is an asset. Some background in accounting with an understanding of financial principles preferred. Proven success in planning and executing corporate events or customer-facing initiatives. Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines. Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration/project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, etc.). Experience working with event platforms or registration software (e.g., HubSpot, Eventbrite, Zoom, Cvent). Graphic design or photo editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
