From corporate galas to luxury weddings, our team creates unforgettable, high-energy moments that guests can instantly share and relive. We combine hospitality, artistry, and precision to deliver experiences worthy of an awards-show spotlight.
The Role
We're hiring an Event Experience Lead to host and coordinate our cinematic photobooth activations at live events. You'll be the friendly face inviting guests onto the red carpet, directing them through their Glambot moment, and ensuring every guest walks away with an unforgettable video.
This role blends hospitality, crowd engagement, and light equipment setup to deliver a seamless, cinematic experience. You'll receive paid training on our software, camera, and lighting systems, and there's potential to grow into a supervisor role for the right person.
Note: this is a part-time role based on event-bookings
Key Responsibilities
Approach and invite guests to participate, keeping energy high around the Glambot area.
Direct individuals and groups through flattering poses and timing.
Operate the Glambot to capture smooth, cinematic clips.
Assist guests in retrieving their videos at the media station.
Load and unload event equipment (up to 50 lbs with a partner).
Set up and take down lighting, cameras, and connected devices.
Manage guest flow and maintain safety around moving equipment.
Communicate clearly with teammates and clients on-site.
Spot and solve small setup or connectivity issues as they arise.
Capture occasional behind-the-scenes content when requested.

Conscientious and detail-oriented, able to learn how our software, camera, and lighting systems work together.
Calm, solution-focused mindset when small technical issues appear.
Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in presentation.
Comfortable standing for long hours and lifting with assistance.
Available primarily weekends and some weeknights, depending on events.
Able to travel to event venues around Metro Vancouver (not all venues are transit accessible)
Previous experience in hospitality, live events, or guest-facing roles required.
