Job Summary:

Luxel Decor & Flowers is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Crew to design, set up, and maintain stunning event backdrops for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. The ideal candidate has an eye for aesthetics, experience in event decor, and the ability to bring unique design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design & Setup: Create and install custom backdrops using fabric including drapery, florals, lighting, and other decorative elements on backdrops.

- Logistics & Maintenance: Transport, set up, and dismantle backdrops at event venues while ensuring all materials are handled with care.

- Innovation & Creativity: Stay up to date with event decor trends and continuously develop new and unique backdrop designs.

- Quality Control: Ensure all backdrops are flawless, sturdy, and visually appealing before each event.

- Inventory Management: Maintain decor supplies, track stock levels, and report when restocking is needed.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other event staff to ensure a cohesive setup.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience in event decor, set design, or a related field (preferred but not required).

- Strong artistic and design skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to lift and transport backdrop materials and decor items.

- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members.

- Knowledge of draping, floral arrangements, lighting techniques, and structural support for backdrops (a plus).

- work on evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Valid G license is a must
