As an Event Coordinator, you\'ll have the opportunity to coordinate and oversee a variety of exciting events, including sports events, concerts, and social gatherings.

TalentWorld is recruiting an Event Coordinator in Vancouver, British Columbia for one of our clients.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of events by managing logistics and checking in with employees.
Maintaining open communication with the TalentWorld scheduling team and internal departments to ensure all event attendants are reported on time.
Assisting with on-site event attendance, registration, and breakdown, ensuring attendees have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Keeping accurate records of event details, including attendance lists, evaluations, and feedback to help us continuously improve our events.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations during events, prioritizing the well-being of all attendees.
Being the troubleshooter-in-chief, tackling any issues that may arise during events and providing immediate solutions to keep the show running flawlessly.

Qualifications

Employment Details
Salary: $19.00 hourly
Benefits: Casual Work, 3 hours per shift
Schedule: Weekdays and Weekends
Other: Contract until November 4, 2023
