Elope Tofino specializes in all-inclusive micro weddings and elopements on the breathtaking West Coast of Vancouver Island. We create seamless, stress-free celebrations for couples, handling everything from planning and vendor coordination to decor and day-of execution. Our work is personal, boutique, and unforgettable--just like the experiences we craft for our clients.

The Role:

We're looking for a motivated, organized, and adventurous coordinator to join our team. This is not your average office job--you'll get to spend your days outside, sometimes in the middle of a national park, witness once-in-a-lifetime moments of joy, and even experience weddings from helicopters or scenic viewpoints. You'll support couples and vendors to make each day seamless and magical, all while enjoying one of the most stunning areas in Canada.

Responsibilities:

Assist with planning and coordinating micro weddings (10-25 guests) Communicate with vendors, confirm logistics, and keep everything running smoothly Support on-site setup and breakdown of decor Maintain checklists and timelines for each wedding Help create a welcoming, professional, and fun experience for clients and their guests Administrative support, including booking follow-ups and email communication

Requirements:

Highly organized and detail-oriented Friendly, adaptable, and able to handle unexpected changes with grace Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for long periods Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to lift and carry decor and supplies when needed Flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional evenings Previous event planning, hospitality, or coordination experience is a bonus Marketing or social media experience is a plus
