Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Event Coordinator to join our team. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events to ensure successful outcomes.

Duties:

- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events.

- Develop event budgets and ensure all expenditures remain within the set budget

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality events

- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations

- Provide exceptional guest services and address any issues or concerns promptly

- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Implement effective marketing strategies to promote events and maximize attendance

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus

- Excellent guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

- Effective time management to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects concurrently

- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
