Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator to plan, execute, and oversee a variety of events. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in hospitality, marketing, and guest services. This role involves collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event experiences that meet or exceed expectations. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring each event is memorable and successful.

Responsibilities



Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each event Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth execution Coordinate with vendors, venues, caterers, and other service providers Manage event setup, logistics, and breakdown to ensure timely completion Handle guest services to provide exceptional hospitality experiences Upsell additional services or packages to enhance client satisfaction and revenue opportunities Negotiate contracts with vendors and venues to secure favorable terms Oversee marketing efforts related to events, including promotional materials and social media outreach Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all phases of event planning and execution Maintain clear communication with clients and team members throughout the planning process

Experience



Proven experience in event planning or coordination within hospitality, restaurant, or hotel environments Strong background in marketing, guest services, and customer service roles Demonstrated ability in upselling and negotiation strategies to maximize client satisfaction and revenue Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling software, and communication tools Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in fast-paced settings Prior experience in restaurant or hotel industries is highly desirable
