Responsibilities

• Coordinate the complete logistical organization of corporate events, trade shows, and marketing activities, both in Quebec and internationally.

• Manage budgets allocated to events and marketing initiatives, ensuring rigorous expense tracking.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the quality and compliance of marketing materials and event installations.

• Develop and implement communication strategies to promote events and marketing campaigns.

• Continuously monitor construction market trends and best practices in events and marketing.

• Prepare performance analysis reports for events and campaigns, and propose improvement recommendations.

• Maintain up-to-date contact and client databases for marketing and business development activities.

• Support the sales team by producing impactful sales tools and presentations.

• Participate in content creation for digital platforms (website, social media, newsletters) in collaboration with the marketing team.

• Act as a key contact person for all questions related to events and marketing activities.

Skills

• College or university degree in marketing, communication, event management, or a related field.

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar Marketing and Events Coordinator role, ideally in the construction sector.

• Advanced proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of project management tools and digital marketing platforms.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English (intermediate level required for English).

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity.

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.

• Creativity, autonomy, and initiative.

• Adaptability and flexibility to change.
