What we are looking for?

Event Coordinator

What you do?

Plan, coordinate and execute all aspects of events and VIP bookings Experience and success in developing/building relationships with guests Responsible for ensuring the event is successful Follow up post event with all bookings to ensure customer satisfaction Coordinate staffing and ordering needs for events with appropriate managers Host events and be main point of contact for the guest planning the event Manage a flexible work schedule to align with events

What you bring?

Education or Certification in Event Management an asset Minimum 2 years experience in event management Strong interpersonal, communications and customer service skills Expectation to respond to client and supplier inquiries within 24 business hours Ability to multi-task and prioritize to successfully manage multiple events Outgoing, fun and energetic personality Proven ability to problem solve and make decisions High level of personal organization and time management Inherent ability to lead, coach, mentor, and motivate your team
