Position Overview
The Event Coordinator is the primary contact for all organizers and couples, responsible for the full pre-planning of weddings, banquets, and special events. This role builds strong client relationships, prepares detailed event documentation, and ensures seamless communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
oMeet with couples and event organizers to plan event details
oCreate timelines, menus, floorplans, and BEOs
oPrepare invoices, collect payments, and process events in company software
oCommunicate event details with all internal teams
oParticipate in weekly meetings and support in-house event coordination
oMaintain organized digital event files
oSupport sales initiatives and guest experience standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
