We're home to a team of planners, photographers, florists, stylists, and venue managers--passionate about events, experiences, and everything in between. Our work spans across multiple spaces and services, including The Gem Event Centre, Mainspace, Rocky Mountain Wedding Collective, Sevenfold, and more.

THE ROLE
We're hiring an Event Coordinator to support our planning team across weddings, corporate events, and special celebrations. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on checklists, logistics, and last-minute problem-solving--with a healthy dose of style and personality. You'll be working with clients, vendors, venues, and our internal team to help bring unforgettable events to life.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support lead planners with day-of coordination, timelines, and vendor communication
Attend client meetings and walkthroughs as needed
Manage event setup and takedown alongside our decor + venue teams
Be the go-to contact for vendors and clients on event days
Communicate clearly and confidently with clients (email, phone, and in-person)
Ensure all event elements are executed according to the plan--right down to the tiniest detail
Troubleshoot and adapt when things shift (because they will)
Help us create an experience that feels personal, stress-free, and seamless
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF:
You've coordinated weddings or events before (bonus points for venue experience)
You're organized, quick on your feet, and calm under pressure
You love working with people and genuinely care about creating great experiences
You're available for weekend work (especially during summer + fall)
You can lift at least 30 lbs and don't mind rolling up your sleeves when needed
You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
