Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute successful university and career fairs and events from start to finish
- Coordinate with universities to understand their event requirements and objectives
- Coordinate with high schools to help their students sign up for events
- Manage event budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues for event services and products
- Coordinate event logistics, such as venue setup, audiovisual equipment, catering, transportation, etc.
- Create and manage event timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule
- Oversee event registration process and handle attendee inquiries
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials for events
- Create engaging digital posters and flyers using tools provided by Canva
- Assist with copywriting for event invitations, promotional emails, and social media posts
- Implement advertising strategies to promote events through various channels (print advertising, online ads, etc.)
- Conduct market research to identify target audience and potential sponsors/partners
- Monitor and analyze event metrics using Facebook Ads, Google Analytics or similar tools
- Implement email marketing campaigns to drive event attendance and engagement
Requirements:
- Proven track record as an Events Coordinator or similar role managing mid-large scale events
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication (email and phone) and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in working with Customer Relation Management tools such as Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc
- Budgeting skills to manage event finances effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
