We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Coordination/Customer Service to join our music school team. You will be the primary point of contact for students, parents, and instructors, handling inquiries, managing event logistics, and supporting administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute school events such as recitals, concerts, workshops, auditions, and open houses.
Coordinate schedules with teachers, students, and venues.
Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Assist with student registrations, class scheduling, and payment processing.
Send regular updates to students/parents about schedules, events, and policy changes.
Build strong relationships with students, families, and instructors to foster a welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer skills.
Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor when interacting with diverse audiences.
