We are seeking an energetic and experienced Event & Concierge Coordinator to drive profitability and exceptional guest experiences across our luxury lifestyle property, which includes our fine dining restaurant, wine club and guest residences,Cafe/ Bar and retail gallery.
This is a dual-role position:
1. Event Coordination & Sales - securing, planning, and executing profitable events.
2. Concierge Services - providing high-touch, bespoke services for guests across residences and events.
This Coordinator role offers growth potential into management.
Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination & Sales
- Secure and execute restaurant, bar, retail, and wine club events.
- Lead all aspects of events: planning, staffing, vendors, execution, and profit management.
- Generate new business and corporate memberships exclusively through personal outreach
- Collaborate with marketing and Toronto luxury concierge services to maximize bookings.
Concierge Services
- Deliver bespoke concierge services for all guests across entire lifestyle property
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 8 years' proven experience in luxury hospitality, event coordination, or concierge services.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
- Strong record of meeting/exceeding revenue and profit targets.
- Exceptional client service skills, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-touch luxury environment.
Compensation Structure
Base Salary: $45,000 CAD annually
Commission (Profit-Based & Uncapped)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,004.00 per year
