Joining the Canadian marketing team, this Event & Seeding Coordinator will work closely with our internal marketing and sales teams to ensure that journalists, influencers and retail accounts receive the sample products they need. This person will manage our product sample room, will coordinate with all recipients to ensure on time delivery and will work with our PR and Influencer team on innovative product seeding packages to inspire our recipients upon delivery.

The Event and Seeding coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our team as we bring the brand to life for our consumer. This candidate will use their project management skills and creativity to work cross functionally in event coordination and support for media, influencer and direct to consumer events.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you will get to do:

• Oversee the Canadian product samples program at of our Mississauga, ON HQ
• Provide event support and help to grow our expertise in direct to consumer events
• Work cross functionally with the Canadian sales and marketing team and liaise with US teams to source and secure samples
• Partner with our local creative team to help build seeding kits for new product launches

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of events or project management experience
• Ability to work flexible hours and days, including weekends, in order to attend events
• Ability to travel to events in the Toronto area
• Highly organized and entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluency in French a plus
