Job Description
Burlington Toyota is seeking a part-time evening & weekend receptionist. We take pride in having a strong culture in our workplace that is safe, fun, and a great place to come to work.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Greet our customers and clients in a welcoming way at the door
- Operate a multi-line phone system
- Is comfortable paging phone calls with an overhead system
- Perform clerical/filing duties
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Work 2 evenings a week and alternating Saturdays
We are looking for someone who is:
- Outgoing and has a welcoming personality
- Punctual and reliable
- Has attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy
- Automotive experience is considered an asset
