Job Description

Job Responsibilities

:

- Lead and help the team to complete work tasks and meet deadlines

- Motivate employees and create positive working environment

- Comfortable with troubleshooting packaging equipment

- Basic knowledge of food machinery

- Follow and ensure employees follow all company policies and procedures

Assets for the job

:

- Knowledge of Microsoft excel

- Proven production supervision and output

- Excellent organizational skills

- Experience with any ERP/MRP system

Salary will start at $20 per hour and be reassessed within a 3 month probationary period
