The mission we are proposing:



As a Manufacturing Supervisor - evening shift, you will report to the Manufacturing Manager and will be responsible for the transformation of raw materials into semi-finished products (creams, deodorants, shampoos, etc.), in accordance with our customers' requirements. Your role is to actively supervise the floor, organize your team's work and ensure that each step of the process meets the standards of quality, safety and efficiency. You will be a key player in mobilizing your team, achieving production objectives and ensuring an optimal transfer of products to bottling.



An overview of your new position

Supervise the transformation of raw materials into semi-finished products in accordance with customer requirements and quality standards. Control critical blend parameters (viscosity, homogeneity, temperature) to ensure compliance before transfer to bottling. Ensure strict application of health and safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and factory policies. Organize work and manage priorities to meet production schedule and limit downtime. Ensure the availability and performance of manufacturing equipment (mixers, pumps, homogenizers) and intervene in the event of a problem. Support, train and develop your team to strengthen their technical skills and autonomy. Collaborate with other industries for smooth product transfer and optimal efficiency. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, respect and collaboration.

You are the ideal candidate if you have

You have a solid experience in team supervision and know how to mobilize your people to achieve objectives. You have a DEC or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment. You are proficient in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Operational Procedures (SOP). You communicate with ease, know how to coach and develop the skills of your team. You are comfortable with computer tools (Windows; AS/400 is an asset). You take a rigorous, structured and solution-oriented approach. You are bilingual (French and English), both orally and in writing -- many customer procedures and internal communications are in English. You have a good understanding of manufacturing equipment (pumps, mixers, homogenizers) and their role in product quality.
