We are seeking a dynamic Server to join our team. Evening service is important as we transition to a customer first experience, where a casual fine dining positive experience is key.
- Engage customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Be yourself as you make sure clients enjoy a laid back, positive experience where food and drink are so key to a great time
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
## Experience
### Required Skills:
- ProServe required (training provide from the AGLC).
- Proficiency in serving tables in a restaurant
- Strong sales and upselling skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (French is a benefit)
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Familiarity with European food, upscale service, and making clients happy
#Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Cash handling experience
- Able to work independantly
