Develop your talents

by applying your expertise within our facility in Kelowna, as the Evening Leadhand :

Train & direct the assigned work to the evening shift team. Comply with all the Company's production standards, procedures and requirements. Completing daily production & safety reports, & other administrative tasks. Operate all necessary equipment required for the performance of duties in the assigned area. Responsible to ensure that quality & safety inspections are completed daily.

Practical experience: Operating various types of mobile equipment & stationary equipment. Forklift experience is required. Certification is a benefit. Tasks: Comfortable adapting to change, handling a large workload, and stressful situations. Communication skills: Strong verbal & interpersonal skills including the ability to speak to others with respect. Safety knowledge: Enforcing safety standards and procedures and offer safety suggestions. Problem solving: Has critical thinking abilities and a willingness to take initiative. Environment: Work in an industrial environmental exposed to seasonal temperatures
