Full Time Janitorial Floater

We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in the Fredericton area for our evening floater position. The hours for this position can vary and requires the successful candidate to drive a company vehicle while working so a valid drivers license is a must along with flexibility

Hours would be approximately:

Sunday's - 12:00pm - 7:30pm (can vary)

Monday - Thursday - 5:00pm - 12:00am (can vary)



Some Friday evenings are required from time to time

The successful candidates are required to have the following:

Have a valid driver's license. Be flexible with start/finish times, able to adapt with short notice. Reliability is key to being the successful candidate. Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary. Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required. Able to work independently & around people A clean criminal record: and be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required. Able to take direction well, and able to work independently. Able to communicate in English both verbally and reading. Be able to work various locations throughout the city Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames Have an eye for detail cleaning

Job Duties would include but not limited to.

Building Cleaning.

Sweeping/Mopping Disinfecting touch points Vacuuming Cleaning/disinfecting washrooms Dusting General cleaning duties Garbage removal And more as directed by supervisors. Helping co-workers
