One par-time permanent Evaluation and Decision Support Analyst position available, starting on October 06, 2025, working 22.5 hours per week.

Your Role:
Manages and analyzes data to inform and guide conversations, thinking, development and delivery of social services to ensure services align with the needs of the community.
Supports in the organization, collection, analysis, translation, and dissemination of evaluation data to support program and client outcomes.
Supports leadership in effective use of proactive and predictive human-based data; translates needs into data solutions that help guide service delivery, clinical care, and program quality improvement.
Coordinates agency, regional and provincial level database and evaluation projects Talent in database software management, comfort with software platforms and data manipulation, ability to learn new applications and platforms readily.
Strong critical thinking and collaborative communication skills, strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to interact with and relate to a wide cross-section of staff, including provision of in-service training for agency staff.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as time management and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines.
Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as collaborate effectively.
Works in alignment with the Agency's commitment to equity to further create a sense of belonging at the Agency.

Your Talents and Experience:
Relevant degree in social sciences or health related discipline at B.A. level or equivalent.
Talent in database software management and predictive data analytics, comfort with software platforms and data manipulation, ability to learn new applications and platforms readily.
