EUT Service Delivery Manager
Location: Montreal (Hybrid - 3 days a week at the office - Onboarding from Day 1 at the office)
12 Months Contract Position

The requirement demands highly on day-to-day work management and managing large projects for the squad. 5+ year experience in either technical or Scrum Master / Service Delivery Manager role.

As EUT moves to an Agile methodology, we require an associate to join the team to build this environment and provide Scrum Master (SM)/Service Delivery Manager (SDM) services to chapters within EUT.

The SM/SDM role coaches the Delivery team and the product owner on the Agile process, such as writing useful user stories and managing the backlog. They also work with resources outside Agile squad to remove impediments shielding them from bureaucracy. More importantly, they coach and foster a collaborative culture and ensure the team regularly celebrates success.

Responsibilities:

-Remove blockers and obstacles.
-Bring together stakeholders for alignment meeting.
-Organize training.
-Report on squad improvements.
-Facilitate retrospective to improve team dynamics.
-Setup and help maintain physical or virtual squad room.

Required Technical skills:

-Working knowledge of Jira System.
-Understanding of Agile Methodology.
-Good technical understanding is a must as candidate would be working with squads for Office development tools (Microsoft Office product suites) catering to all employees and clients of MS.
