Job Position & Summary: Director of Seaside Resort Infrastructure & Development At CAC, we are committed to harnessing the vast potential of the marine sector with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and growth. The Director of Seaside Resort Infrastructure & Development (DRID) at Canadian Adventure Charters (CAC) Inc plays a crucial role in shaping the success of our corporation. Responsibilities: Strategic Direction: Define and communicate the mission, goals, and operating principles of CAC\'s Resort Infrastructure & Development. Oversee strategic actions and initiatives to ensure alignment with the corporation\'s objectives. Mega Port \xe2\x80\x93Seaside Resort Infrastructure Design and Development: Lead the design and development of CAC and CCC World-class State of the Art Green/Blue Mega Port, Seaside Resort, Oceanographic Research Laboratory, and Super Luxury Yacht Hub and Charter Base Platform. Collaborate with teams of experts for the construction, management, and operations of resort facilities, including aquariums, museums, theme restaurants, hotels, marinas, and private jet landing strips. Brand Building and Networking: Work closely with teams to create and build the CAC brand/product, website, and global partnering networks. Promote Bonvista Bay, Newfoundland & Labrador, as the International Cross Road Intersection of the Seven Seas and develop charter destinations along CAC\'s selected route. Fleet Infrastructure: Design and construct marine port facilities for CAC\'s fleet of Ice-classed Explorer Vessels, Submersibles, and Dive Operations for expeditions, exploration, treasure recovery, and research operations. Develop marine port-pier facilities for the mid-size cruise ship industry and super luxury yachts. Financial Management: Manage a successful portfolio with a minimum of (15) years of experience in designing and developing seaside resort developments within private and public corporations. Work with Shareholders, Investor Relations, Airline Corporation, Travel Corporation, Marina Corporations, Yacht Charter Corporations and build partner relations with Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Requirements & Experience: Minimum (15) years of experience designing and managing seaside resort developments. European background and cultural understanding is essential, including networking with the World Tourism Organization, with extensive knowledge regarding the CETA Trade Deal between Canada and Europe, attracting European brands and businesses to the development \xe2\x80\x93 Gordon Ramsey Brand Required for the position: to be the lead designer and developer of the following resorts and marinas: Belmond Hotel Caruso (Ravello, Italy) Badrutt\'s Palace Hotel (St. Moritz, Switzerland) Amansara (Siem Reap, Cambodia) - Note: While Amansara is not in Europe, Aman has several luxury resorts in Europe, and Amansara is renowned. Grand Hotel du Cap Ferrat (Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, France) Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc (Antibes, France) Top 5 Marinas in Europe: Porto Montenegro (Tivat, Montenegro) Marina di Porto Cervo (Porto Cervo, Italy) Puerto Portals (Mallorca, Spain) Limassol Marina (Limassol, Cyprus) Port Hercule (Monaco) Top Aquariums: L\'Oceanografic (Oceanogr\xc3\xa0fic) - Valencia, Spain Nausica\xc3\xa1 - Boulogne-sur-Mer, France The Deep - Hull, United Kingdom Extensive experience and understanding of catering to the super-rich and ultra-wealthy clientele. Ability to meet the daily needs and demands of high-profile guests, including resort, yacht, submersible, private jet, and helicopter services. Networking: Proven ability to build and maintain relations with Shareholders, Investor Relations, Stakeholders, and Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Strong networking skills within the luxury Yachting, hospitality tourism and marine industry.
