One of our major Telecommunication clients is looking for a ETL Developer (Workflow, ETL, Digitization)
Length: 6 months contract with a possibility of extension
Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid
Hours: 7.5 Hrs a day.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Responsible for functions, activities, and skills required for requirement gathering, analysis, design, coding, integration, test & maintenance of Workflow Automation and Intelligent Document Processing modules, subsystems or systems
• Build, Deploy and Support Workflow Automation Solutions for Digitization and Inbound Communication Processing
• Maintain & Manage Legacy WF, IDP & ETL Solutions and Systems
• Act as Technical SME and Lead on new WF Automation & IDP Development Project
• General:
• Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers
• Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skill
• Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
• Moderate decision-making authority guided by policies, procedures, and business operations protocol

CANDIDATE BACKGROUND:

• Minimum 5 years\' experience
• Required: Proficiency and experience working in the technical area of Workflow Automation and Digitization (Workflow, ETL, Digitization, OCR/ICR/OMR, Classification Methodologies, Data Extraction Methodologies, ML, AI)
• Required: Proficiency and experience in industry leading workflow automation and ETL technologies
• Required: Closely Work with Pre-Sales and Development Architects to define requirements and be able to prepare technical design document
• Support Customer, 3rd Party and Internal Technology Workshops
• Required: Understanding and Practice of AGILE Methodologies and working within SCRUMs and Development Sprints.
• Required: Proficiency and experience in working as part of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Code Management & Release Tools (MS DevOps, Github, Team Foundation Server)
• Required: Proficiency and experience working with Relational Databases and SQL Scripting (MS SQL Server)
• Required: Communication Skills to be able to discuss/communicate with varying audiences - Customer, Sales, Service Delivery Operations and Technical.
• Experience/Proficiency in .NET (C#, VB, C++, Java) & Python development languages
• Experience in working as part of a development team but able to progress solo projects
• Above average verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Shows a systematic, analytical approach to problem solving.
• Takes initiative to keep own and skills up to date and to maintain awareness of and, in own area(s) of expertise.
