Job Summary:



We are seeking a skilled application administrator to join our Information Management Administration team supporting our Data Management Services.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Tidal Enterprise Scheduler in addition to various ETL tools both COTS as well as custom applications. This role will work in a collaborative team environment supporting various teams providing application administration, job scheduling/execution, monitoring, code deployment in addition to troubleshooting any job related issues.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide administrative and system support for the application toolset required to code, test and troubleshoot applications for new development and on-going support. Duties include application administration, job scheduling/execution and code deployment. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation responsible for enterprise job scheduler activities, which often includes assisting various teams with troubleshooting code, network connectivity and data integrity issues. Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards which includes following documented ITIL processes to complete incidents, requests and other tasks utilizing a service management system. Create and/or update technical documentation of processes, configurations and best practices to support team knowledge sharing and operational continuity as needed. Installation, upgrade and configuration of application toolset. Evaluate current manual tasks that could be automated utilizing scripting tools. Required

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience working in Information Technology. Proven experience with Enterprise Scheduling tools (Tidal Enterprise Scheduler, Autosys, etc.) Experience with ETL tools (Informatica PowerCenter, Talend Big Data Platform, SSIS, etc.) Understanding of database concepts, SQL tools, and data warehousing best practices. Experience installing, configuring (light scripting) and supporting COTS applications on Windows and Linux/Unix OS. Experience with Incident and Change tracking systems (ServiceNow, TFS, Aha!, etc.) Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, be flexible when needed, take initiative and demonstrate accountability. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
