Job Description

We are seeking an ETA Coordinator to play a critical role in ensuring timely and efficient project execution. This role is responsible for managing delivery and installation schedules, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and proactively resolving delays to keep projects on track. By safeguarding on-time, seamless project completion, the ETA Coordinator directly supports client satisfaction, minimizes disruptions, and upholds the company's reputation for reliability and operational excellence.



Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and schedule deliveries, ensuring timelines align with project requirements. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to confirm delivery times, resolve issues, and manage delays. Keep project managers and installation teams updated on schedules, milestones, and any changes. Monitor delivery and installation progress, tracking ETA performance and troubleshooting issues in real time. Escalate major delays or conflicts and collaborate with internal teams to adjust project timelines. Maintain regular reporting on delivery/installation status, identifying trends and recommending process improvements. Support continuous improvement in vendor coordination, scheduling, and milestone tracking.

Qualifications:



Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar profile. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize. Strong problem-solving abilit. Experience in customer service, account management, or related field preferred. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
