Job Summary

We are a well-established aluminum and glazing company specializing in commercial projects. We're seeking a skilled Estimator/Project Manager to lead projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates based on architectural drawings and specifications Manage project timelines, budgets, and subcontractors from pre-construction through closeout Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution Track project progress and proactively resolve issues to keep schedules on track Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Prepare bid packages and participate in tender submissions

Skills

3+ years of experience in estimating and project management in the glass or construction industry Strong knowledge of glazing systems, materials, and installation methods Proficiency in estimating and project management software (e.g., Bluebeam, MS Project, PlanSwift) Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
