Duties include:
Review specifications, project plans, drawings.
Prepare and review the scope of work, schedules and coordinate changes.
Handoff awarded project packages to project management
Attend site meetings.
Track labour and material costs for each project.
Stay up to date with building codes and safety guidelines.
Visit with Customers to discuss job details, measure areas, prepare quotes and follow-up with customers.
Skills:
Valid Class 5 Drivers License required with own vehicle
Valid Safety Certifications required upon hire
Previous Spray Foam Insulation or Protective Coatings experience an asset but not necessary
