Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Estimating Manager for Chinook Exteriors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Home Exterior estimating, project management, and negotiation skills. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate pricing and effective project planning, contributing to the overall success of our projects. The Estimating Manager will work closely with project teams to build comprehensive estimates, and ultimatley sealing the job.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the estimating process for various construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Onsite visits of homes, Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare accurate estimates
• Monitor market trends and pricing changes to maintain competitive edge in bidding processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction estimating with a focus on residential projects consisting of siding, eavestrough, soffit, fascia and roofing.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities to assess costs accurately.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear interaction with team members and clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: $70,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
