Class 5 Drivers licence Estimating or project management experience Experience with Office 365 (Outlook, Excel and Word) Procore experience; an asset MS Project experience; an asset

Job duties:

Residential Construction Estimating


Estimating materials and labor single family housing and four plexes Ordering materials Issuing purchase orders to subtrades and suppliers Pricing change orders Providing updates to General Manager as requested Multi Family Project Management

Project managing multi family construction projects ranging from 12 plexes to 32 plexes


Material and labor estimating Issuing and managing subcontracts Ordering materials Issuing purchase orders Submittal review and processing Procore Document Management Providing updates to General Manager as requested
