We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estimator Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the construction estimating process, ensuring that all estimates are accurate and submitted in a timely manner. You will collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to build comprehensive estimates that support our project goals.

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage detailed construction estimates for various projects. Collaborate with project managers to gather necessary information for bids. Analyze blueprints and specifications to identify project requirements and costs. Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best value for projects. Maintain organized records of estimates, changes, and communications throughout the bidding process. Assist in project management tasks as needed, ensuring seamless coordination between estimating and execution teams. Schedule subcontractors.

Skills

Strong understanding of construction estimating principles and practices. Excellent negotiation skills to effectively communicate with subcontractors and suppliers. Solid project management abilities to oversee multiple estimates simultaneously. Attention to detail with the capability to analyze complex blueprints and specifications. Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
