Atlas-Apex Roofing Inc. located at 65 Disco Road, Etobicoke, ON is looking to fill a position in the role of an Estimator/Account Manager.

Responsibilities

Attending tender site meetings as well as working directly with building owners. Providing fast accurate pricing for all roofing projects noted above. Assembling detailed quotations and budget presentation reports. Communicating with clients, consultants, engineers throughout the bidding portion of potential projects. Develop new client relationships while maintaining our current client base.

Requirements

High school diploma a must. College degree an asset 3-5 years construction estimating experience required; roofing experience a plus Proven experience in estimating within the construction or roofing industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one to clients, consultants, and other employees within the company as needed Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous. Demonstrated ability in business development and account management is preferred. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in project estimation. Ability to read and comprehend bid specifications and contract documents accuracy and attention to detail is a must Valid driver's license with clean abstract

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
