Job Description

We are looking for an Estimator for growing company based in Toronto.

Minimum 2 year college diploma in a construction related discipline Minimum 2 years experience in construction estimating, preferably in flooring Ability to read and interpret complex project specifications, tender documents and drawings. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines. Excellent oral, written communication and mathematical skills. Must be familiar with PlanSwift Software Record and compare bids from multiple vendors and subcontractors Prepare changes to costs estimates when customers change their plans, or when the availability of materials or labour changes Make reports about expenses for the duration of the project Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors Proven experience as
