Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for custom commercial and residential projects. Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements. Utilize estimating software such as Take Off enhance accuracy. Monitor project budgets and provide updates as necessary.
Requirements
Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably in architectural millwork. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
