Job Description
Canotech is looking for an individual to work alongside our Senior Estimator and assist with the estimating of commercial construction projects and tenders.
This process will involve procurement of quotes from sub-trades & suppliers, performing take-offs & detailed review of plans. Responsibilities will also include attending pretender site meetings, set up sub-trade site visits with sub-trades and designer (If applicable), soliciting trade pricing and reviewing specific scope of work for trades and suppliers, maintenance of internal database of clients, subs & suppliers, and assist in closing of tenders.
Post secondary education is an asset. CCA certification would be ideal. Prior work experience in commercial construction estimating is a must. Applicant must be excellent with Microsoft Excel and proficient with the Google suite and Adobe. Project's will range from $500,000.00 to $15,000,000.00.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
