Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Estimator

to join our team in the insurance restoration industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely estimates for property restoration projects, including fire, water, wind, and other insurance-related claims.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits to assess damages and scope of work. Prepare detailed and accurate estimates. Work closely with project managers, adjusters, and clients to ensure all requirements are met. Review plans, specifications, and adjuster reports to determine labor, materials, and equipment needs. Maintain clear and professional communication with insurance carriers, clients, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction industry. Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software is an asset. (training will be provided) Knowledge of building construction and restoration processes. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously.
