Job Summary


As an Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in our construction projects by accurately assessing costs and providing detailed estimates that drive project success. Your expertise will guide our teams in making informed decisions, ensuring that every project is not only completed on time but also within budget. You'll collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver precise pricing and cost control strategies that elevate our construction management efforts.

What you'll do



Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing plans, specifications, and other relevant documents. Engage in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best possible pricing and terms. Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site visits to gather essential information for accurate estimating and assess potential challenges. Collaborate with project management teams to develop contracts that reflect the scope of work and pricing agreements. Provide support during the bidding process by preparing bid packages and presenting estimates to clients. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and methods to enhance estimating accuracy and efficiency.

Basic qualifications



Proven experience in construction estimating with a solid understanding of construction processes.

Preferred qualifications



Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management. Familiarity with cost control techniques and pricing strategies in construction projects. Experience working on-site in various construction environments.
