Role Summary
We are looking for a full-time
Residential Estimator
to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong experience pricing residential renovation projects, is comfortable on job sites, and enjoys putting together accurate, detailed quotes. You'll work closely with our team and trades to help ensure projects are scoped and priced correctly from the start.
Responsibilities
Attend residential renovation site visits with team members
Measure spaces and produce accurate takeoffs
Create clear, detailed scopes of work for quotation purposes
Prepare cost estimates for internal review and client presentation
Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to confirm pricing
Provide clear handoff notes to coordinators and site teams
Review estimated vs. actual costs to improve pricing over time
Qualifications
3+ years of residential estimating experience
in renovations or residential construction (
REQUIRED
)
Solid understanding of typical home renovation scopes (kitchens, baths, basements, interior remodels)
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
Good communication skills with homeowners, trades, and coworkers
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets; estimating software is an asset)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits

Pay: $58,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
