Estimator / Project Coordinator - DESA Contracting & Restoration (Markham, ON)
DESA Contracting & Restoration
is a trusted leader inemergency restoration, reconstruction, and construction
across the GTA. We're seeking askilled Estimator / Project Coordinator
to prepare detailed estimates, assist with project management, and support client sales and service growth.Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for
restoration and construction
projects. Conductsite visits
and create clear scopes of work. UseEncircle, Xactimate, or construction estimating software
. Coordinate withproject managers, trades, and clients
. Assist inproject scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking
. Supportsales and client communication
, including preparing quotes and following up on leads.Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in
estimating or construction project coordination
. Knowledge ofconstruction trades, pricing, and scope writing
. Strong communication, organization, and client-relation skills. ValidG driver's licence
and reliable vehicle.Pay:
$25-$35/hour (based on experience)Type:

Experience:
