Primary Role:

The purpose of this position is to drive profitability through:

Winning and executing Air Chek projects Support the estimating team at Air Chek in achieving their company and personal goals

Reporting to:

Branch Manager

Position Responsibilities:

Using existing Air Chek bidding process, bid to all sheet metal contractors on projects assigned to you

Perform HVAC / ventilation take-offs in our estimating software, price products represented, and prepare quotations on a range of local projects

- Negotiate and win orders

Using existing Air Chek project management process, manage all your projects

Serve clients and engineers as a product expert

On-the-job training will be provided for our proprietary software.

Develop and cultivate customer relationships by meeting with decision makers in Air Chek's customer segments. (Sheet Metals, Mechanical Contractors, End Users, Engineers)

Solicit and analyze customer feedback for product performance and value

Meet and strive to exceed sales and standard margin goals

Develop and implement action plans for resolution of conflicts, schedule timeline issues.

Participate in industry events such as conferences, SMCNA events

- Identify, monitor and respond to risks.

Education:

HVAC or Sheet Metal Ticket OR Mechanical Engineering Tech or similar

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook & Project) Sheet Metal design Estimating Software (Bluebeam or similar) Communication skills (listening, verbal and written) Planning skills Adaptability & flexibility Problem solving Work well under stress Conflict resolution skills Time management

The Ideal Candidate for this Position Will Have at least 2-5 Years of Relevant Work Experience:

Project Management Estimating / Sales Blueprint Comprehension

Compensation:

Starting salary is $ 54,000.00 to $ 75,000.00 based on experience.

Commitment to Performance:

Quarterly reviews with performance bonus set by management.

Vacation and Holiday Entitlement:

Vacation benefit will be between 2-3 weeks based on experience.
