Les Armoires Seguin is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Account Manager/Estimator

to oversee disaster restoration and commercial project accounts. In this client-facing role, you'll serve as a key liaison between homeowners, contractors, and insurance companies, ensuring each project is handled with professionalism and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Report directly to the Sales Director Meet with clients on-site to collect measurements and project details for commercial contracts Assess and estimate costs and necessary work on-site, often in coordination with restoration and insurance teams Prepare detailed service proposals Accurately process project documentation including contracts, plans, invoices, and purchase orders using both digital and manual systems Coordinate the transfer of approved project files and key information to the Chief Designer for production Act as the main contact for contractors--respond to inquiries, provide updates, and express appreciation for their partnership Estimate commercial project work and manage associated communications Maintain strong, consistent relationships with restoration companies through quarterly meetings and ongoing engagement

Ideal Candidate

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with estimating, insurance claims, and restoration project processes Ability to travel to project sites regularly Experience in construction, cabinetry, or restoration industries is a strong asset
