We are seeking a

detail-oriented and technically proficient

individual to join our team as an

Estimating & Technical Sales Support Specialist

. This junior-level role is an

excellent opportunity

for someone looking to grow in the architectural building materials industry while working closely with our sales and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Estimating & Material Takeoffs

Perform

accurate material takeoffs

from architectural drawings and specifications for residential and commercial projects. Assist customers, contractors, and the sales team in determining

product quantities and specifications

for project requirements. Ensure takeoff accuracy to minimize overages and shortages.

Technical Sales Support

Develop a

deep understanding

of Sagiper's product lines and their technical specifications. Assist customers, architects, and contractors with

product-related questions, installation guidance, and compatibility concerns

. Handle

warranty claims

, working with internal teams to process and resolve issues efficiently.

Sales & Customer Support

Support the sales team by

coordinating product sample shipments

and marketing materials to clients. Maintain and update

product documentation, technical sheets, and installation guides

. Assist in responding to

RFIs (Requests for Information) and RFQs (Requests for Quotes)

from customers and sales reps.

Logistics & Operations

Work with internal teams to

track and manage inventory levels

for product samples and sales kits. Assist in coordinating

shipping and logistics

for product samples and marketing materials. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customers receive the correct

samples, literature, and project materials

.

Qualifications & Skills

Background in

construction estimating, technical sales support, or building materials

is preferred. Ability to

read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and technical specifications

. Strong

problem-solving and communication skills

when assisting clients with technical product questions. Detail-oriented with

strong organizational skills

to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, CONX or similar estimating software

is an asset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a

fast-paced

environment. Previous experience in the

building materials, architectural products, or construction industry

is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary of $50,000 per year
