Our Edmonton Distribution Center has an opportunity for the right individual.

Position and Responsibilities:

Work with a team of Sales Professionals, with a focus on sales growth and customer service. Provide exceptional customer service balancing phone-in, and email customer requests Review architectural drawings, specifications, and addenda to prepare accurate estimates and pricing of commercial glazing. Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and ensure materials are ordered, fabricated, and delivered on schedule. Prepare shop drawings, hardware schedules, and technical documentation with precision. Update and maintain internal systems with current pricing and project info. Managing open orders through all stages to ensure customers and internal departments are working together to meet expectations. Constant communication back to the customer as quotes and orders progress Provide support to the entire sales team including all SBS, Madero, WSI Modular & Penner customers as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

2+ years of experience in aluminum storefront sales or installation/fabrication preferred. Strong sales skills with an emphasis on sales results and customer experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Prior building/construction material sales experience. General knowledge of building codes / Ensure all work meets building safety codes. The ability to meet multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks. Strong computer skills. Ability to read construction drawings and door hardware specifications. High level of organization and attention to detail. Natural aptitude towards safety for yourself and those around you. CET designation and/or AHC credentials are considered an asset.

Pay: $55,001.00-$64,401.00 per year
