Inspecter les vehicules tout au long du processus de reparation pour le controle de la qualite afin de garantir que l'ensemble de la reparation est effectue conformement aux normes du client, de l'assurance et du fabricant d'equipement d'origine.
Definir les attentes des clients concernant les procedures de traitement requises et communiquer le plan de reparation
Mettre a jour et informer les clients sur les delais de realisation, les couts et tout changement possible concernant l'etat du processus de reparation
Fournir un service client exceptionnel a nos precieux clients

Minimum d'un an d'experience dans un role d'estimateur de centre de collision
Capacite a etre professionnel et a offrir un service exceptionnel aux clients
Excellente communication verbale et ecrite, combinee a la capacite d'interagir et d'obtenir le soutien de la haute direction et d'autres decideurs
capacite a gerer les priorites, a effectuer diverses taches et a respecter les delais et les objectifs requis
Solides competences en organisation et en gestion du temps
Une personne ayant l'esprit d'equipe, d'une grande integrite, a qui les autres font confiance et qui honore constamment ses engagements.
Souci du detail, motive et debrouillard
Doit posseder un permis de conduire valide et des antecedents de conduite securitaires
Excellentes competences en Word, Excel et PowerPoint. Forte maitrise des logiciels bureautiques standards (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.)
Doit etre capable de conduire une transmission Manuelle

Your area of focus.
As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in assessing vehicle damage and providing accurate cost estimates for repairs. You will work closely with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
What drives your day-to-day?
Serve as a point of contact to clients during the entire repair process
Examine and evaluate the client's vehicle to determine the extent of damage including structural, body, mechanical, electrical and interior damage
Write comprehensive estimates and supplements for comprehensive OEM repairs
Inspect vehicles throughout the repair process for quality control to ensure the entire repair is completed to client, Insurance and OEM standards
Set customer expectations of required processing procedures and communicate the repair plan
Update and inform clients on completion times, costs and any possible changes regarding the status of the repair process
Compliance with all corporate policies and procedures, proper repair procedures, legislative changes, and industry trends
Provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients
Demonstrate and champion a healthy and safe working environment
What are the must-haves...
Minimum of 1 year experience in a Collision Centre Estimator role
Ability to be professional and deliver exceptional service to clients
Excellent verbal and written communication, combined with the ability to interact and gain the support of senior leadership and other decision makers
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage priorities, perform a variety of tasks and meet required deadlines and targets
A person who is a team player, of high integrity who is trusted by others and consistently honors their commitments
Detail oriented, self-motivated and resourceful
Excellent skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Highly skilled in standard office software (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.)
Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving history
Must be able to drive a manual transmission
