Duties

Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including threading, eyebrows, facials, dermabrasion, eyelash tinting, body waxing. Deliver exceptional guest services by understanding client goals, recommending suitable treatments and products, and ensuring a positive experience from consultation to completion. Manage salon software systems for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Engage in social media management by promoting services, sharing before-and-after photos, and building client relationships online. Support front desk operations by greeting clients, managing bookings, answering inquiries, and handling payments efficiently.

Requirements

Experience with threading, eyebrows is must. Experience with body waxing is preferred. Strong knowledge of skin care products. Familiarity with advanced cosmetic procedures like dermabrasion or Nufree wax is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on treatment options and aftercare instructions confidently. Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and sanitation standards. Experience in social media management for marketing purposes is advantageous.
