Nero Gentlemen's Grooming Club is a luxury men's grooming destination in downtown Toronto. We're looking for a professional and passionate

Receptionist / Esthetician

to join our team and deliver an elevated client experience - from front desk hospitality to men's skincare services.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients, manage bookings, phone/email inquiries, and daily schedule flow Process payments Provide men's facial treatments (cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, customized skincare) Perform waxing / hair removal services (as applicable) Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace Work closely with the barber team to ensure a seamless client experience

Requirements

Certified Aesthetician (Ontario) Minimum

2 years experience

in a similar role Strong customer service + communication skills Comfortable with reception duties + multitasking in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and flexible availability (including weekends)
Location: Downtown Toronto
