Compensation you can feel good about

- You'll earn hourly + commission pay, with real potential to take home $45K-$75K+ depending on your schedule and goals.Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.

Here's what your day-to-day could look like:

Deliver advanced pedicures + manicures, including structured gel + nail restoration. Teach clients how to care for their hands + feet at home and confidently rebook them. Maintain gold-standard hygiene + safety (one of our specialties). Build connections with clients who feel truly seen and cared for. Recommend professional products you'll be proud to stand behind (Footlogix, VOESH, Fuzion Nanoflex). Join in team meetings, mentorship sessions, and ongoing education to keep growing.
You're the perfect fit if:

You're a licensed Nail Technician, Esthetician, Pedicurist or Foot Care Nurse in Ontario (CMP is a bonus but not required). You have minimum 6 months experience in aesthetics or doing manicures/ pedicures in a salon setting. You're already skilled in manicures + pedicures (or eager to learn e-file -we'll train you!) If you're already skilled in gel nail extensions, nail art, waxing, facials, brows, lashes, or skin treatments these services are always a bonus. You're compassionate, reliable, and love helping clients who may feel self-conscious about their feet or nails. You're ready to grow personally and professionally in a supportive, mentorship-focused studio. You're available for part-time or full-time hours, with some evenings + weekends.
